The Alpha Optics AO-1254/1354 Night Vision Monocular with the single eyepiece is a high-performance compact multi-use night vision device. Smooth and ergonomic design makes it an ideal choice for use by law enforcement, military or civilians for any nighttime operations.
The AO-1254/1354 can be hand-held, head-mounted, helmet-mounted, or weapon-mounted and enables walking, driving, weapon firing, short-range surveillance, map reading, vehicle maintenance, hunting, fishing, sport shooting, and administering first aid in low illumination and all harsh weather conditions. The device is compatible with a camera adaptor which allows attaching cameras and camcorders to it for nighttime photography. Compatible with most IR laser aiming/illuminating devices, this model defines multi-mission versatility. Build-in IR illuminator and flood lens improve vision in complete darkness.
The AO-1254/1354 uses high quality optics built into a tough, compact and ergonomic composite housing. It surpasses MIL-SPEC-810 specifications requirements and can withstand saltwater, rain, high humidity, extremes of temperature and still give high levels of performance.
